Envelopes for the NOC Snail Mail Club are mailed on the 1st of each month. To receive that month’s mailing, you must subscribe before the 1st. Subscriptions made on or after the 1st will be applied to the following month’s mailing. For example, if you subscribe on April 30, your first envelope will be mailed on May 1. If you subscribe on May 1 or later, your first envelope will be mailed on June 1.
